About SquidFire About SquidFire Born in the summer of 2004, Squidfire was the brain child of Jean-Baptiste Regnard and Kevin Sherry. Squidfire's purpose was to offer the public alternatives to shopping malls and corporate giants, our focus is quality, comfort and individuality. All of our images are designed by hand and printed by hand, using manual presses. Since each shirt is given individual attention, we prefer to think of them as truly unique wearable art. Our first run of shirts was launched in May 2005, featuring an unusually large selection, so you're bound to find one that catches your eye. We've been featured in many independent clothing boutiques before our website was live, the response has been overwhelming and we think you'll enjoy our products very much.

SquidFire hosts 2008 craftfair
Three years ago in May, the first Squidfire collection was unveiled. We got the word out about us by driving around from city to city and quite literally selling shirts out of the trunk of a 20 year old Cadillac. We’ve come a long way since then, selling at 90 stores internationally, working with Disney on a kids movie and even hosting our own artist markets in Baltimore. We thank all of you who have met us on our travels and those of you who support us online. We realize that there are many options for you to shop for t-shirts and for that, we work twice as hard to make sure you’ll have the most unique and original designs. We’re still a two man operation and will always strive for you to keep us in mind when you want to buy your future favorite t-shirt.

SquidFire hosts 2007 Spring Art Mart
On May 12, 2007, forty amazing artists and crafters descended upon Mt. Vernon Square in beautiful downtown Baltimore for Squidfires first ever Spring Art Mart. Our vendors traveled from as far as Chicago, Boston, New York to attend our inaugural spring craft fair and the event was a resounding success. Thank you to all our vendors who trusted us to put on a good show and thank you for all those who supported our very talented artists.

Squidfire started 2007 by going to our first major tradeshow in Las Vegas where we met face to face with hundreds of store owners from around the world and signed on 14 new stores from Seattle to Switzerland. We’re growing at a smart pace and have officially hired a part time employee and have a cast of interns helping us bring Squidfire to the masses. Now that t-shirt weather has arrived, we hope to meet you at one of the dozens of art festivals we’ll be traveling to this summer.

Thank you to everyone that we met on our various travels. From attending a watermelon festival in Richmond, VA to a fine arts festival in Montreal to sponsoring a pool party for the Miss USA contestants, the support and kind words that we received from people was overwhelming. Squidfire held its own festival in Baltimore on December 9th and were shocked to see the venue we rented totally filled with people who came to see the 25 artists and crafters we handpicked to sell at our holiday event. We now sell at 35 stores internationally from South Korea to Paris France and we’ll be traveling to Las Vegas in February to attend a mega tradeshow where we hope that many more store owners will take notice of us. We're still a two man operation and work tirelessly to make sure that you are satisfied with your new favorite shirt. Check back with us soon for the summer 2007 line.

Squidfire Inc. is very pleased to be entering into its second year of business. From being sold at 25 stores internationally to dealing with extreme temperatures in our warehouse, we've had a strong educational first year in business. We're deeply grateful to all of those who have supported us throughout the year and to all of those who have met us at the various festivals we've peddled at. We've expanded our line to include messenger bags and, coming soon, limited edition framed prints by Squidfire artist Kevin Sherry. We're happy to bring you Squidfire 2006 and hope you continue to support us.
